<p>This study is to understand (1) the clonal evolution of metastatic colorectal cancer using DNA sequencing and (2) long non-coding RNAs associated with metastatic colon cancer using RNA sequencing. Our goal is to better understand the progression of aggressive colorectal cancer.</p>
