<p>This is a genotyping study of selected participants in an ongoing study of macular degeneration and related ocular disorders. DNA samples were obtained from 1985 (study initiation) to 2018. Phenotypes were determined using the validated Clinical Age-Related Maculopathy Grading System (Ophthalmol 2006, <a href="https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/?term=16458093">PMID 16458093</a>).</p>
