Cohort Description The Severe Asthma Research Program (SARP) has been investigating the clinical, physiologic and molecular phenotypes of asthma since 2000. It is currently following ~400 deeply phenotyped asthma patients. Data Being Submitted <ul><li>Wave 3 questionnaire data includes 80 variables for up to 242 SARP participants in C4R.</li><li>Dried Blood Spot/Serosurvey data includes 19 variables for up to 224 SARP participants in C4R.</li><li>Derived data includes 61 variables for up to 480 SARP participants in C4R.</li><li>Phenotype data includes 86 variables for up to 480 SARP participants in C4R.</li><li>Health Care Utilization data includes 20 variables for up to 14 SARP participants in C4R.</li><li>Lung CT data includes 58 variables for up to 161 SARP participants in C4R.</li></ul>
