In this study we searched for mutations in the <a href="https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/gene/7249">TSC2</a> and <a href="https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/gene/7157">TP53</a> genes in sample sets from individuals with Tuberous Sclerosis Complex (TSC) and from subjects without TSC. The study was focused on the analysis of TSC facial angiofibroma.
