<p>This genomic study was an analysis of DNA samples from subjects enrolled in a randomized, interventional, parallel assignment trial of everolimus versus placebo in advanced Head and Neck Cancer. Next Generation Sequencing was performed on samples obtained from primary tumors before treatment.  The purpose was to evaluate potential associations between intervention, mutations and outcomes.
