<p>Merkel Cell Carcinoma (MCC) is a rare and aggressive skin cancer with poorly understood molecular characteristics. In this study, we conducted RNA sequencing (RNA-Seq) on tumor samples from 9 human MCC patients to unravel the intricate transcriptional landscape of MCC. Data available in dbGaP include bulk RNA sequencing of 9 tumor samples.</p>
