<p>The purpose of the clinical trial (<a href="https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT02690558?term=NCT02690558">NCT02690558</a>) is to evaluate whether adding pembrolizumab (Keytruda) to the combination of gemcitabine and cisplatin will improve shrinkage of the tumor before having a cystectomy, for people with muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC). </p>
